We've updated our Escalations setup page today

Escalations allows you to process alarms through your organisation structure, and to refer alarms to the appropriate people as time goes by. It can send notifications by email, SMS and Text to Speech.

It reduces the need for very long lists in alarm recipients, and gives more flexible options for when alarms should be received, and who by.

The new page can be found in the meu under 'Escalations'.

The Escalation setup page is available to users with access to Sensor Setup.
