Offline alerts are used to inform users when a sensor is detected as being offline, due to not having received data for a configurable period – known as the ‘Offline alert delay’.

Offline alert delay can now be configured for individual sensors, or for whole systems. This allows you to set the offline alert delay independently for each of your sensors which can be useful if you have sensors which transmit at different intervals.

The offline delay settings affect offline status as shown on the dashboards, in site plans and in the overview. The delay is also used when sending offline alert notifications.
